About Raising Hope Center
Raising Hope Centre (Refugee Led Organization/CBO) is a grassroots organization dedicated to providing specialized support services to vulnerable refugees and host community, particularly in the Nairobi Metropolitan area, with a focus on Kitengela. Our strategic goal is to empower individuals towards self-reliance, fostering a sense of dignity and agency in their lives.
Our Team
Raising Hope Centre is governed by a Board of Directors, who brings experience, vision, integrity, and commitment to upholding high standards of governance. The board drives the decision-making process and facilitates the pursuit of our strategic goals by providing advice on policy, advocacy, fundraising, and public relations.

Raising Hope Centre main objective is the Inclusive and sustainable economic development agenda. Driven by the conviction that all people, regardless of where they live, have the right to a dignified and productive livelihood that enables them to live in peace, security, justice, and dignity.
Our Programs
The creativity of our program approach matches the unique nature of our operating environment and the people we serve. At Raising Hope Centre, our goal is to empower vulnerable and marginalized persons to become agents of positive change and social cohesion through three approaches: Economic Viability, Enabling Environment, and Social Equity.

Provide Learning Materials and Meals for Vulnerable Children
Campaign Duration: December 1st 2024 – January 15th, 2025
Goal: Raise $10,800 to support 72 vulnerable children with essential learning materials for the upcoming school year.
