The organization is governed by a Board of Directors, whose members bring extensive experience, vision, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of governance. The Board plays a pivotal role in overseeing the organization’s activities, ensuring that its mission and objectives are met in alignment with best practices in nonprofit management.

The Board of Directors is responsible for driving the decision-making process and providing critical guidance on matters related to policy development, advocacy, fundraising, public relations, and organizational sustainability. Their leadership ensures that the organization remains accountable and transparent in its operations.

The management team is led by a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who is responsible for the overall administration and operational success of Raising Hope Centre. The CEO works closely with the Board and directs the strategic implementation of programs and services.
