Amina’s Story: From Struggle to Success
One of the program’s success stories is Amina, a single mother and refugee who joined the tailoring training seeking a way to support her family. Before joining the program, Amina faced daily struggles, unsure of how she could provide for her children. Her determination, coupled with the support of Raising Hope Centre, transformed her life.
After completing the training, Amina started a small tailoring business from her home. Her exquisite designs quickly caught the attention of her neighbors, and word spread. Today, Amina not only supports her family but also employs two other women from her community, creating a ripple effect of empowerment.
